An Organization for Survivors, Created By Survivors

“What do I do upon suspecting abuse or rape?”, “How do I keep myself safe after ‘they’ have left?”, “Why do ‘they’ stay?”, and “What services are available for me?” are some of the questions that might be troubling you right now. We know because we’ve been there, too.

At Purple Owl Project Inc. in Toledo, Ohio, what we offer are more than just answers. We, your fellow rape and domestic violence survivors, are here to give you the support and empowerment you need to keep going, to keep fighting, and above all, to keep living. Join us as we work together to live beyond the stigma.

Changing Lives, One Survivor at a Time

Taking your life back from your abuser’s control is never easy. Many victims die trying to leave and many go through the after  phase alone and we are here to give support and suggestions for you every step of the way. Below is a list of some of our support networks that may be available to give guidance for your renewed life.  Learning to live in freedom is not as easy as it is portrayed and we know this first hand.
